Certification accuracy
Certification must follow the issuing entity.
A partner factory certificate must not be represented as a HEXVARO corporate certificate. Validity, scope, site and covered processes need source-document review.
Certificate records were not supplied in the project materials. They remain an explicit content and launch blocker.
