Import rules change and depend on the HS code, so confirm the current requirement with your customs broker before ordering.
- Steel products imported into Vietnam may need to meet TCVN quality requirements and can be inspected at the border. Requirements depend on the 8-digit HS code (fasteners are usually 7318), so confirm with your broker; a Customs pre-classification ruling can help on large orders.
- Goods made in China can qualify for preferential duty under the ASEAN–China FTA with a Form E certificate of origin, which we arrange for qualifying shipments.
- We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, Form E, manufacturer quality certificates (mill test certificates) and test reports.

How long does shipping from China to Vietnam take?
Sea freight typically takes about 4–8 days to Hai Phong and 5–10 days to Ho Chi Minh City, plus production time (10–15 days for stock items, 25–30 days for made-to-order).
Can you provide Form E?
Yes. We arrange Form E certificates of origin for qualifying goods so your importer can claim ACFTA preferential duty.
Do you supply JIS fasteners?
Yes. Send the JIS standard number, size, strength class and finish and we quote to it.
Can I order small quantities for a factory line?
Reference MOQ is 500 pcs per specification; smaller trial quantities can be reviewed, and mixed-size orders are welcome.
